Dr. Samir Ambrale, MD, MPH is a Medical Oncologist and Hematologist at the FHP Medical Center in Tamuning, Guam. He specializes in diagnosis and treating cancers and blood disorders.
Dr Ambrale is the Principal Investigator for Hawai'i Minority/Underserved NCORP (National Cancer Institute's Community Oncology Research Program) in Guam. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at The University of Hawaii Cancer Center and an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Division of Health Sciences, University of Guam.
After earning his medical degree from Grant Medical College, Mumbai, he completed Masters in Public Health from University of Alabama at Birmingham. He then went on to complete Internal Medicine Residency at New York Medical College and Fellowship in Hematology and Medical Oncology from the University of Vermont.
Dr Ambrale is certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology and Hematology.
He is affiliated with the Guam Memorial Hospital Authority.
